Software

• The software must only be run in conjuction with a licence certificate, specific to you, issued by this website.

• If you purchase a permanent licence to the software, you will be provided with a permanent licence certificate.
• The permanent licence certificate allows you to run the software forever (subject to the software still working on your upgraded OS etc).

• If you purchase a licence to a software product, you are entitled to free updates of that product for five years.

• Crickets Audio does not sell its products directly to you.
• When you checkout, Crickets Audio refers you to FastSpring, which is Cricket's "Merchant Of Record".
• FastSpring calculates taxes, provides a range of payment options, accepts payment, remits taxes, and pays Crickets Audio.
• Crickets Audio then issues software licences directly to you.
