Strata Support: I Registered But Can't Sign In

Q: I have registered, but I can't sign in on the Crickets Audio website with my username and password.

A: If you have registered, but find that you can't sign into the Crickets Audio website, here are some things to consider:

1. Have you got Caps Lock on in your keyboard. Even the best of us get caught by this one! So check.

2. Are you attempting to sign in with your Crickets Audio username (or email) and password or some OTHER username and password? Some people who have reported being unable to sign in turned out to actually be using some other username+password such as the username+password of their computer or their Google or Apple account. It has to be your Crickets Audio username (or email) and password!

3. When you registered, the Crickets Audio website sent you an email containing your Crickets Audio email and username and password. It might be a good idea to go find that email and have a look at it and confirm that you are signing in with the correct username (or email) and password.

4. I've noticed that a lot of users register and then immediately change their password, presumably to something memorable! If this is you, then the original email with your username and password will be out of date. Try to remember what you changed it to!

If these don't help, then you can do a password reset to get an email with a link to set a new password.
