Strata Support: FastSpring Has No Field For Voucher Code
Q: I'm on the FastSpring payment page, but cannot see where I can enter my voucher code.
A: FastSpring doesn't have a voucher field! To use a Crickets Audio voucher, you must enter your voucher code in the Shopping Cart Page page or the Checkout Page. If you are in FastSpring checkout right now, then just cancel the checkout and go back to the Shopping Cart Page or Checkout Page and enter the voucher code and then checkout through FastSpring again and you should see that the total amount has been reduced.
