Strata Support: In Strata Vision Licence Page I Can't Sign In

Q: I can't find a demo licence in my licence list.

You've follows the demo checkout process and you've reached a point where either you have successfully (i.e. username/email + password was accepted) installed licences in Strata Vision, but no licences were installed, or you have visited the Licences Page and found that there is no demo licence there. In either case, there's no demo licence when you think there should be one.

The most likely cause of the problem is that you never created a demo licence. Demo licences are not created automatically.To create a demo licence, you have to press a button. You can create a demo licence by:

1. 1. Sign in to the Crickets Audio website.
2. 2. Visit the Demo Licence Page.
3. 3. Click on the button "Create Strata Demo Licence".

A licence should then appear in the list. You can download it, but you don’t need to. When you run Strata Vision, it will ask for your Crickets Audio username/email and password (which was emailed to you) and you can enter them to authorise and your demo licence will be installed automatically.
