Strata Support: No Confirmation Email

Q: I filled in the registration form, but have not received an email confirmation email.

A: If you have filled in the registration form, but have not received your confirmation email, then this could be for several reasons:

1. Maybe you're too impatient! The confirmation email should arrive within seconds of filling in the form, but there are some technical scenarious in which it might be delayed for a few minutes. Give it ten minutes before declaring an emergency. :-)

2. Is the email in your spam folder? Have a look there!

3. Did you enter an incorrect email address in the registration form? When you submit the registration form, the website displays a page with all the information you entered, including the email you provided. If you haven't clicked away from that page, you can have a look to see if you entered your correct email address.

4. You could do a password reset to get another email.

5. If all else fails, you can create a Support Conversation.
