Strata Support: In Strata Vision Licence Page I Can't Sign In

Q: In Strata Vision, on the licence page, Strata Vision rejects my email/username and password.

A: If Strat Vision's licence page is rejecting your username/email and password, here are some things to consider:

1. Have you got Caps Lock on in your keyboard. Even the best of us get caught by this one! So check.

2. Are you attempting to sign in with your Crickets Audio username (or email) and password or some OTHER username and password? Some people who have reported being unable to sign in turned out to actually be using some other username+password such as the username+password of their computer or their Google or Apple account. It has to be your Crickets Audio username (or email) and password!

3. If it's not caps lock, and you are entering your Crickets Audio signin information, then there is a problem with your Crickets Audio signing information, and you should immediately abandon Strata Vision and focus on being able to successfully sign in to the Crickets Audio website. Once you can successfully sign in to the Crickets Audio website, you can return to Strata Vision's licence page and enter the same username/email and password and it will then almost certainly work.
